Nitto 555r's ( havent got yet, but very soon ) - $350
03 Cobra shift **** $80 canadian, made my own handle.

I am not counting my clutches that's normal wear and tear like tires.
$5011.00 which equates to about $1252 a year x 4 yrs.........not so bad. (he's also been my Man for 4 yrs as well, not like I met some guy who started to mod my car and buy me stuff.

That's about all I can think of aside from the numerous sets of Nitto's I've made balder than a babies *** in 3 yrs.

Nope, sorry but I do have a few friends that are Women who also drive LS1's........but they are all taken. Problem is, if you don't find a Girl into cars, she will never understand the $ you would put into a car. I understand I am there.............I just don't break my car like he does. That's just what I spent in mods for him..........you don't want to know the $ that's in this car with the numerous cam swaps, 2 sets of different heads, tuning, TNT complete Nitrous kit the broken trannies (4 times atleast), rear end (twice posi related breaks with a 12 bolt) broken driveshaft once, broken or melted Mccleod clutches, broken torque arms, tranny mounts...... the blown up pistons with the rebuild you name it! If I were a non car Girl you think I'd sit here and be like it's okay honey sorry you broke I'd probably boot him out!

Thank god he can do all of his own work down to rebuilding his motor..........or we'd be screwed or couldn't race our T/A's like we do.

Just find some clubs and go to some car meets.......you should find a Chica in an LS1 somewhere. If all else fails, take a ride down to FL t-tops off during spring break and find a cutie on a beach somewhere.

It's funny, but true most Women will never understand the 'binge' we all have with modifying our cars. I understand because I am just as bad as the rest of you guys are.

So for the New Year, I do hope you guys find a car Girl maybe she won't drive an Fbody, perhaps a Stang or a Neon SRT4..........as long as she likes cars, you will be all set

Anyway.. I've had my baby since Feb 2004, and so far i've got:
slp lm- $350ish (my install)
lid and k&n- $170ish (obviously my install)
kooks 1 3/4 headers- $750
kooks catted y- $465
header install and tune- $930
tsp torquer cam- $310 (not installed yet)
ls6 oil pump- $120 (not installed yet)
...still looking for heads for the spring when the car wakes up from hibernation ...

but so far thats a grand total of $3095 in less than a year without the heads i plan to purchase by spring/summer ...heh its almost as much as insurance for a year.. pshh some 19 year old loves her ws6

Yes this is true. Well except those 3 hurricaines we had in 6 weeks, hope I never have to go through that again. Some people I know lost alot, some lost everthing. Very stressful, just a feeling of doom knowing that another storm was gonna hit again and again.

i've got my girl addicted, she could never understand it at first. that is, untill the first few stangs went down . now that i've taken her down our little outlaw 1/4 mile a few times, she's hooked. she LOVES the ole' 1st gear slam!! only thing she doesnt like is the slideways action in the rain , it scares her too much.

anyway, i've got like 1500$ in mods (i think), i had to spend like 300 on a new clutch and 400 for new tires as soon as i got the car. i plan on getting some torque thrust 2's all around w/ 315 nittos on the rear pretty soon. then a new rear end, then maby a cam/ls6 intake if the clutch doesnt go first. i think im going to start driving our saturn to school and back and during the week and keeping the camaro under our carport w/ a cover over it during the week. the LS1 will feel like a rocket after driving the saturn all week

~1,100 on exhaust, $1,400 on the trans work, $1,300 on cam swap/upcoming dyno tune, and the other $1,200 on bolt-ons and random misc junk like tires.

I'm over 15 not including the car and I'm saving up for my new motor which will run around 15 grand. The sad part is that a lot of that stuff I don't have anymore so it's just money wasted (although I sold a lot to pay for new motor so I really don't know my 'net' loss). Pay for everything myself while going to college (full ride thankfully).
