I got my ceramic coated Pacesetters and a y pipe for 400 bucks on ebay a while ago. I am always leery of ebay headers, I have seen some really good ones and some really really bad ones.

gaskets, but a lot of people re-use their old ones, and if you have the money, poly mounts

Well it depends on what headers and y pipe you plan on using, if you want to run ones with the provision for the egr and catted y-pipe then you will be emissions compliant. If you plan on running off road headers with no egr provisions and an ORY you will need to have the computer tuned so the vehicle has no SES light on. Things you will need for the install are new gaskets, O2 extensions, and IMO do the poly motor mounts when the headers are going on because you will never be able to get to them again unless you pull the headers back off the vehicle.

Every set of Pacesetters I've seen looks rusty as hell. I've had my eBay headers for a while now and they look fantastic. Downsides with the eBays are the 02 bungs are on the incorrect side of the collector, makes running the 02 sensor wires harder than necessary. They also cannot be ordered without emissions fittings. Other than those two issues, they're actually pretty nice.

I would not buy 02 extensions though, if they get wet they will cause misfires. Get Corvette 02 sensors.

I have had my Pacesetters for a couple years now and they look as good as the day I bought them. I and many of my friends who friends who have Pacesetter products have never had any problem with them rusting.
