Default Anybody think this is a good idea?

Anybody think this is a good mod for the price?

ASP U/D Pulley

229+10 to ship.

About 244 (w/shippin+insur.) bucks for both belts, pulley, new bolt (Brand New) in basically brand new shape.

Anybody know of any other combo deals similar to this, or where i can get them sep. for cheaper??

if you wanna take about .1 off your quarter mile then its a good idea. As for the price, just go over to the right and compare what the sponsers sell it for. (sorry i dont know what they sell them for as i havnt bought one yet)

When you're at idle, can you tell if you have the UD pullies? I was thinking about them in the past, but a mechanic told me icksnay on them.

Some people claim they can cause some charging problems. Others have no complaints at all. I had them on my Mustang and noticed a nice difference without any charging problems. I'm going with the ASP myself, so i'm not worrying.

Haven't thought about it much. Probably LS1 speed, TSP, or Tbyrne. Just pick a sponser on the right ---->

I got mine from Tbyrne and love it. You can definately feel the difference. More responsive. I only got the UD pulley and when Idleing the battery gauge dips into the amber but I do have a pretty good stereo and always run the A/C.
