Pretty good list. Maybe also throw a CAI/Ram Air intake system in there since you're upgrading the intake and exhaust.

Yeah I was reading up about that, any gains worth the $$$? Also, should I be looking into upping my injector #? and Racetronix 255 Pump yet? Or can the stock fuel system handle those mods until I do a cam package/nitrous?

You can expect gains of 2-5mph in the quarter from just a good ram air kit.

Pretty straightforward based on what I've read. You just drill the proper hole in your airbox and secure it in. But the chrs1313 is the only "sealed" ram air kit. You will have to cut off your hood support brackets, as most ram air kits simply move around it, leaving a big hole where air escapes thus reducing pressure in the airbox.

I remember seeing a thread about installing it with pics but can't find it atm...

I don't what you mean by its the only sealed one? My Fast Toys came with a nice rubber seal for the front and some foam ones that go under the tray. After those wear out or if you take them off all you have to do is run a little bead around it and its fine.

Do you have this one?

Got it off the fast toys site. As you can see, yes this setup is sealed but the scoop starts way up past the hood latch. The Chrs ram air goes all the way down into the airstream:

Nice list so far, I'd add a ported TB to match the LS6.

single best mod to an A4 would be a 3600 stall converter. It alone will net you a better track time than all of those combined!

I plan to swap in a 4l80e down the road with a Yank 3600 converter & rear diff (still not sure which would best suit my power goals.. 600 max rwhp on spray).

No need for a 4L80 with your power goal in mind.

Well the fast toys stops there but there is plenty of air pressure wight there anyways from the factory air damn, people that don't want to hack their bumpers for intercooler have put simple fins on the bottom that mimic the same design of the factory air damn and are fine. The biggest gain over the FTRA with the Chris1313 is that it is just larger it is deigned for use without AC in the way. The Super Sucker ram air, SLP flopac, and Fast Toys, and AC compatible Chris are all about the same.

Note that I never said one was better or to get the Fast Toys because that's what I have, hell people make these damn things from sheet metal and 100mph tape in the seams. I was just pointing out that if your detail minded even the Chris1313 likely won't seal like you think it should, leading you to return to it with some extra weather stripping and rtv or silicone. Just pointing that out, that's all.

Firecore wires are the best made wires I've ever touched. I've seen the leads pull out of many MSD's... Taylor's are even worse quality wise. They are kinda steep but they last so it is worth it.

K&N's suck because I don't think they filter as well AND on MAF cars people usually suck at knowing how to clean them and end up getting MAF errors because the engine sucks the oil from filter and it screws with the MAF. Just save the money and get a nice filter from autozone or whatever local parts store you prefer.

I would move the stall to like 2nd or 3rd place on your mod list, it will make a stock car a **** load of fun.
