Finally Got A SS
I finally have my first F-body! I just bought an 01 SLP SS today. The car only has 16,000 miles on it and several mods. As soon as I can get a helmet, I will let you know what she turns in the 1/4.

It already has several mods. I will go into detail later. I have been on the site for a while. My dad had a 2000 z28 that I got to play with quite a bit. But now I have my own, so I can enjoy it even more. When I post again tomorrow I will see if I can get some pics for you.

Here is a pic of the car. I will get some better ones soon. Mods on the car : SLP long tubes, y-pipe with random tech cats, flowmaster 80 series, 4.10s with auburn posi, rear end cover, bbk throttle body, smooth bellows, granatelli mass air, maf translator, 1le package, Bilstein suspension package, panhard rod, lower control arms, torque arm, hotchkis brace, slp subframes, dual friction clutch, shifter, hurst T handle, and a few other goodies as well. I got extremely lucky with this car, and can't wait to do a bit more to it.

No the car was at a local dealership. I have chatted with the previous owner. We are both members on tamparacing. He took pretty good care of the car. So far I have had alot of fun driving it, and can't wait to get it to the track in a couple of weeks.

That is an awesome car you got your hands on. You better take care of the Ghost. When you get time go to www.revxtreme.com. Everyone knows the car there and the previous owner is always there. Take good care of her.

Thanks crazy. I will go back to revextreme and try to register again. I tried a week ago and it wouldn't let me. I have been chatting with brian on tr the last few days. I am going to be out in a couple of weekends so I can meet some of the tr f-body and vette guys. I am going to be getting it tuned in a couple of weeks. I will eventually get a cam as well. Mabey one like he planed on putting in.
