Long tubes and Y-pipe, cam, gen 4 truck intake, tune.

Won't be much of a sleeper with a cam though.

Your truck weighs as much as 2 cars. 400 hp isn’t even going to beat a civic. Maybe a Prius? Sure not gonna be a sleeper in any form or way.

I appreciate your opinion but on the track I have seen a Tahoe Suburban that's bigger than mines have twin turbos and pushing over 1000 horsepower and six hundred and something to the wheel so anything is possible besides everybody know 5.3 is basically an LS engine. I might not can beat a Hellcat or SS2 but I can guarantee you I can be the SS I can be the 5.0 Mustang if I had the right stuff but appreciate your opinion

400hp is a long ways from 1000hp...I think the better way to build a sleeper is to shoot for a quarter or eighth mile time so how fast do you want the truck to be? Also I've never drag raced so take that with a grain of salt.

How do you go from 400hp to comparing to 1,000hp? Look, your truck is never gonna be fast because it weighs 2-1/2 tons. Stop watching YouTube videos. Get a car.

first off I was letting u know anything is possible, second I wasn't comparing I was using it as a example that anything can be possible if you put work in it but dude if you going to be negative can go somewhere else with your negativity I'm not looking for that. I got a car and it's a 69 charger with a blueprint engine 535hp. I'm only interested and having a streetable muscle car now for my Tahoe that's what this subject it's not used to race I only want a little more horsepower out of it

If its making over 1000 HP and only 600 at the wheel, there is a major major issue there somewhere.

If you want a fast sleeper, hop over to On3 and get one of their single turbo setups with goodies for $2500. Leave the engine mostly stock.

You might believe anything is possible, but I would be very surprised to see a 400hp tahoe gap a 5.0 stang. All that being said, I think the others are on point here your engine would like some boost.

Good luck man! You're right, there's a certain level of pride making something out of your own creation.
There's tons of info on this sight that you can find useful, but you may also want to check out tahoeyukonforum.com as well. Some very nice rides over there
