Tune&white smoke?!

Tune&white smoke?! i just installed long tube headers , new spark plug wires and spark plugs, got a full exhaust 3” ory y pipe straight pipe to cme. But havent got the car tuned been driving around for about 2 weeks . Will i do any damage to car or should i get it tuned. Also have a small amount of grey smoke coming from cme on a cold start . And i take the engine oil cap off and get small amount of white smoke is this normal ?

I've been driving for 3 years with full LTH->ORY->Borla exhaust and 92mm FAST LSx Air Intake Manifold \ Throttle Body without a tune. I need to get one, but I think it's only dangerous and immediately mandatory when you change your camshaft or fuel injector size, etc.
