I'd say with Nitto DR's you better do the SFC's now. Otherwise you may wrinkle the rear quarter panels.

Definately get SFC's. I'm starting to get wrinkles in my rear quarter panels. They should be a first mod. Get them.

Definitely get SFC's when you can. I'm glad I got them anyway, the car just feels much more solid.

Not a bad choice. Any particular reason you are going with tubular instead of boxed? That's what I have on my car, from speed inc as well. I'm not sure if having the sport appearance body kit has anything to do with it, but I cannot see them hang down at all (my exhaust and trans pan are both lower anyway). Also, they are only slightly more expensive but they are stronger and they make an excellent rail from which to jack/stand the car up. Just a thought. Either way you go will be vast improvement.

Edit: Forgot to mention, get welded as well. Boxed and welded = strongest possible.

I went with the copies of the BMR tubular off of Ebay. They are just painted, not powder coated, but they only cost $100 and they are excellent quality.

Glennster: Two things about that.
1. You don't have to have the mods to know enough to make recommendations.
2. Not everybody lists everything they have in their sig, and not everybody lists all their cars.

stoneoffire: I have read threads about BMR and am confident mine will not break.......but there is always a chance and it has happened before so I could understand if you don't buy BMR. I am not sure their track record warrants telling people that BMR breaks.

I would trust someone with experiance with a mod then someone with just an opinion. If a guy posts foglamps and smooth bellows in his sig hes
1. probably inexperianced
2. would put SFCs in there because hes desperate to list any mods he has.
My car hasn't bent or broken at my mod level but your boxed are probably heavier which may be holding you back.

Oh, now I see... I think glennster has the bmr tubulars. If I had a piece of **** mistake on my car, I would probably defend it too.

You won't see them just the sparks flying as they drag on the ground! Hell yeah, they hang low.

No. You cannot see the boxed SFC on my car from next to it. The factory body kit hangs lower. My duals, TCI trans pan also hang lower. If you are lowering your car 2" I don't know if you could get away with hanging anything beneath it, have to find people with them and the lowering kit to find out.
