Default 90,000 Mile do-it-yourself Tune up

So the dealership wants me to pay them $1000.00 for a 90,000 mile service !!! All my boys are telling me to go and get the parts and we can all do the tune-up ourselves. These friends of mine are all running mid and high 11's so I can trust them, but they have LT1's !!! So what parts are changed during the 90,000 service that I need to buy, please be specific and list names, brands and or product numbers if available. What has worked out best for u!!! help please!!!

1. Rotors
2. Pads
3. Oil
4. All fluids
5. Tires - DR's or better out back (if needed)
6. Plugs
7. Wires (if needed)
8. Seafoam
9. Air Filter
10. Oil Filter
11. Fuel Filter
12. Compression Test

You could do a visual test for blow by too. Couldn't hurt.
