Default Slow Turn Signals

My turn signals are EXTREMELY slow. It feels like they are just barely blinking and with a huge gap between each blink. Anyone else have this problem before? It is getting pretty annoying.

Nope. Everything else seems to be working perfectly fine.

You buy one pack, try changing one bulb at a time and see if you can figure out which one it is At worse you do them all and it costs you $10 tops.

I think that it might be the flasher. The hazard lights seem to flash faster than the turn signals. Any write-up on how to replace a signal flasher?
