Default o2 problems...

I keep getting a check engine light and check the code and it says something about the bank 1 sensor 1 is not working, I am running hooker lts, tsp 3" catted y and a gmmg. Also o2 sims in the rear. I replaced the o2's but it still shows up. Is there any solution to this problem?

Hopefully you cleared the fault codes when you replaced the O2's the last time.
Last month I replaced my shorties with LT's and installed the 01 Z-06
long wired O2's and the fronts have thrown no codes since. Now when I get a tune I'll have the rear deleted from the pcm.
Good luck.

Check for exhaust leaks at the collectors...that will throw off O2 sensor readings...also did you splice extra wire to elongate the front O2's to the bung behind your cat's(or did you delete the cats too)...if you only crimped the wire extensions, you may want to take it off and sauter(oops...misspelled it, but you get the point) the the extensions for a better connection.

I have o2 extensions and the o2s are in front of the cats.

I had the same problem until I replaced the front extension.

i had to replace my front 02s with the longer vette ones b/c of the LTs. Check your 02s by the pass side header, its very common for the stock ones to rubb against them, causing them to burn and be no good (even if they are brand new). if that is the case, make sure you get the longer ones and make sure you tie them far from the headers
