Mine was limited to 161.xx gps verified.

Hit 174.6 (GPS) when the GF started gettin too scared.......Damn I wish she coulda held on 4tenths

I will say I would never attempt this with my old stock suspension. It got very light and floaty feelin at 145 or so. Just did not feel connected to the road good

 

135+stock suspension+t-tops off=wind tunnel while floating off the road. **** that. Did that against a supra...I'm glad he already had 10 cars on me by 135...If it would have been more even, I would have had to stay in it.

 

Rode in a friends LT1 M6 that used to hit that limiter. Honestly it was brutal to hit in the LT1 so i can't imagine hitting it in an LS1... it's like slapping into a wall I remember the jerk and then losing 5 mph suddenly.
