ok so ive been on this forum long enough and yes i know it's sad i dont know all of this slang used but what do they mean:

Bump specifically i dont know

also tell me some of the other words you use and what they mean

Bump = bump thread to the top (so it gets noticed), also TTT (To The Top) may be used.

There's a site that has all the internet slang compiled into one list, don't know the url though.

Just don't be reading too much so when are at a stop sign you don't read it as "SOTP". I only knew then, I was spending tooooo much time on here.

One I sometimes see is "IIRC", but thats not on the list.
What does it mean?

Some other slang that confused me when I first join was all the colors. Like someone would talk about their SOM SS, and I'd be like "wtf?". Basically any color that's 3 words is abbreviated to 3 letters. SOM = Sunset Orange Metallic, MRM = Maple Red Metallic, MMM = Monterrey Maroon Metallic, NBM = Navy Blue Metallic, etc.
