Default Fan Switch Help!

I bought the SLP fan switch and the diagram that comes with it doesn't make sense to me. I have three harnesses on the pass. fender well...which one do I unplug? From the back there is a white one and two black ones. Can someone post a picture of their setup for me so I know which harnesses to disconnect. I tried grounding it to that tiny bolt that has the negative cable hooked up to it. Unless these fans make zero noise I'm confused! Please help! Thanks

Don't have a pic - but it plugs into the first (larger) connector coming out of the harness, closest to the radiator.

are the fans loud enough to hear when you flip the switch!? So all I have to do I plug the new connector into the first plug (closest to the radiator) and piggy-back the old one, ground it, and bam it should work when I flip the switch? The car can be off and this will still work, correct?

The low speed fans are hard to hear but should see them both coming on with switch on low. High speed are much louder. With the switch in the center position they'll only come on at the PCM fan settings with the car running. With the SLP switch the low speed/high speed fans (switch to the full left/right) should come on regardless if the ignition is on or off - if that's not happening something is wrong.

SLP switch should work regardless if the ignition is on - seen people run their battery down after leaving it on high for too long at the track.
