I was doing some routin checks on my Z his weekend, and found out that I have oil blowing by the exhaust. As I could not find any leaks on the motor. So I just figured it was blowing out the exhaust.
I have done these mods to it:
SLP lid
K&N filter
Thunder Racing Descreened Maf
FLP LT Headers
No Cats
02 Sims
Borla Cat Bac exhaust.
The inside of the exhaust tips are black.
Any idea why this is happening?
Any idea how to stop it?

also if you don't wanna buy all the parts those instructions listed... you can just use a Sears Air/Water seperator (for an air compressor)... just buy some fittings and hose and you're set (I think my hose was 5/16" ID)
I used that for mine... was sucking a ton of oil into the intake (lots of smoke on decel)... no more smoking now

The Sears air compressor filter is a great way to go, BUT: if you use it, be sure to remove the little white screen from the inside, or you will have problems with your engines fueling since it does not allow enough flow and will allow presure to build up in the crankcase.

I don't think LS6 intake cars (01,02) are prone to this problem. I would attribute it to the MAF.. I have yet to see anyone make any significant gains from screwing with the MAF this includes the GMAF and others. I have only seen probs. .02

The catch can mod will not stop you from losing oil out of the pan, but will stop it from getting into the TB, intake, and the top of the cylinders and pistons.
