Default Koni's from Strano

just inslalled my 4/4s from Sam, incredible change. Sam was a great help walking me through everything over the phone and thats rare. After install i noticed my right rear of the car sits about an inch lower than the left? what would cause this. anyone? (im sure it was like this before the install)

My right rear sat a little lower as well when I did my spring swap but only 1/4 inch. I took out the spare tire and jack and that evened it out.

You might want to check to see if the pigtails on the springs are pointed the same way on each side.

if you search about the right rear sitting lower you will see that alot of peoples cars are like that. Have someone sit in the driver seat and then go look again and see if the right side is higher, or if both sides are level..

i thought about the spring being bad but i wanted the ride height to stay the same in the rear so i didnt put lowering springs plus the right side would scrape going over bumps

Shocks have no effect on ride height. They only control the rate of compression and rebound of the spring. Prolly always like this and you only paid close attention after the install.

Those konis really give you some steering response huh!!! Mate'm with some bigger matched sways and better springs and it is exponentially better (as in Strano) haha.

Actually the shocks can effect the ride height. If the gas charge is low it will allow the car to drop; just the opposite for high gas pressure.

Thats on struts, not shocks. Our cars have shocks all around, they will not effect ride height.

I have this setup on my car. I need new bushings in the front A-arms, so I still have some work to be done. I remember when I first took it out I jerked the wheel back and forth and the car just stayed planted. I am so glad I bought them before the price increase.
