Replace both and be done with it. Whichever one you DON'T do, will have been the problem. Once the transmission is out, it's basically free labor at that point.

Mines been doing that for a year LOL. Look at your fluid and see if its black. If it is bleed the system and may help. Try that first. If it doesn't help then do master with drill mod its easy and can't hurt to update. The salve means pulling the trans so that's the only reason I so do it last. Process of elimination LOL. If it still doing it its the clutch. Or u can just do it all at once and have it over with. But I would check fluid first.

Talk to taws6m6 about pedal issues. He has dealt with them a lot in the past. I'm sure he is full of useful information. He ran the adjustable master as well I believe. Only guy I know to date that cut a hole in the floorboard so he could bleed his own clutch whenever he felt like it

The stock master in these cars can fail and sometimes make you think it's the slave. It's a cheap replacement if you wanna get one from the parts store just as a quick fix. I just replaced one on my mom's 99 T/A cause it was sticking to the floor. Tried bleeding it and nothing so instead of wasting time on bleeding and bleeding and the drill mod I just went and got a new master. Problem fixed. Not saying it's always the fix, but for $50 to eliminate a possible problem and knowing how they can fail in an instant, I figured why not.

i was talking about the cars that wanna race him. a bolt on m6 from a stop on street tires wont go anywhere with most drivers. Will either blow the tires away or leave to easy. TBSS will be gone and m6 will be playing catch up. now from a roll thats a whole another story. lol These TBSS 2WD can pull off 1.8 60" on stock 20's

Anyone ever seen a rail setup with no brackets to the intake? I picked up a bunch of fuel stuff from hilton and trying to figure out what all I need to get this going. I am not really in a rush to get it in or anything. Got a set of edelbrock rails PN 24-3638 found here, http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EDL-3638/. Says the are designed for the edelbrock intakes tho. I did a search and only found one guy running these on a ls6 intake, and I think he made brackets. Another said run them without brackets......this I am not too sure about. Anyone ever heard of such?

Also, and I am sure steve will know about this. I got the sumped tank with the filler neck cut off. Can I just run flex hose from the tank to the cap? I noticed the neck had a small inner line inside it, I am just guessing this is for air to escape as its filled? I have never dropped a tank in these cars so I dont really know what I am dealing with here.

The filler neck was cut off because the fuel cell that replaced it did not have a filler neck, only a very short pipe coming out. So the solution was to cut the top of the neck off and leave it bolted to the car. The problem was that the stock filler neck is about 2 inches in diameter and the inlet to the fuel cell was 1 1/4. Since the stock filler was steel, I welded an adapter onto it to neck it down to 1 1/4. I made sure it was short, leaving a gap between it and the tank. Then I used some type of hydraulic hose that chad got that was 1 1/4 inside diameter and slipped it between the two and clamped it at the ends. With yours, you can cut your neck off and splice inbetween in rubber hose but its gonna need to be about 2 inches in diameter and suitable for fuel exposure, which may be hard to find. Or you could hard weld a filler back on the tank because it is steel and its easy to weld on. As for the center tube, thats an air release for when you are filling. Its a nice luxury item to have but Im sure its not mandatory, you just may not be able to run the gas pump at full blast, so it gives the air time to escape. As for the fuel rails, no way would I run those without some type of bracket. Home depot has all kinds of neat sheet metal brackets you could bend/cut to get it work right.

went down to state capitol this weekend, here is one of my runs. should have more up loaded later in the week. this pass was a 1.45 60ft 10.29@132, but my best pass was 1.42 60ft 10.24 @132. I was running out of gear so it looks like a 28 inch tire is in order.
