shreveport/bossier hang out!
thanks guys, yea that run was the craziest of the night, I will have my better pass uploaded soon(it is much smoother) it seems there is a rythm if i hit just right while the shocks have compressed and are on their way back up when i hit second the car "re launches" the fronts came off the ground about 4 inches when I shifted.
What size slick is that I would be interested in them! Are they screwed? I know you run a tube so they probably are just askin.
yea you "should" be fine if you are an auto... hoosier makes a BA drag radial, and mt follows up in a close 2nd.
Not all slicks have to be screwed, but if you run tubes they do, so you dont rip the valve stems out.

Yep .....Mustang dude sucks! Needs a driver mod!
Good job Ren. Question though. You don't have a problem with the rear tires unloading with the car rocking back and forth like that? You get that sucker smoothed out so there isn't wasted energy in constant weight transfer, and you'll really be movin' out!

The Tires don't unload till I hit the clutch, I have been working hard for the past couple of months to get that problem solved. The most important part of the run is the hit and when i hit the tires they bite and have a little bit of wheel spin (which is necessary for clutch cars) before i put shocks on the car I was having about 3-4 revolution of tire spin before the car moved.
Not to mention this was the wildest pass. As soon as my buddy uploads a couple more normal passes I will put them up.

Yeah here on m6 cars doubles are a must on front. I have singles too. They set loose for up and stiff on down setting. Keeping front end up And so it wont bounce around.
