Damn Cody, that sucks. Chad showed me the picture you sent him. What are your plans now? Depending on how bad the motor is I may be interested in the block if it can be used.

Guess I can go ahead and put the stars out in the shop instead of them sitting in my kitchen. Lol you won't be needing them for a little while.

All right, I got my head on strait so Im gonna tear in the motor and find out whats wrong and see if the block is good. If its good I take it to pts and have the cam bearings replaced, and honed out to 4.005 and prolly do a forged 402

Finally got some respect back from the truck today! Still need some suspension dialing in but it was consistent 1.68-1.70 60's, lightyears ahead of constant spinning!

Watching the vid it doesnt look like it hit the limiter. Looks and sounds like it popped on the way up. Wasnt pulling hard either. Me and cody watched it several times and were talking about it. I guess we will never know without a log... there is no log lol. Rev limiter was set @ 7300. No doubt the rpm is what got it, but to me it looks like the damage was already done before he stabbed it. That run just broke the camels back. Sometimes **** happens. This is one of those times.
