Yeah it was. All the noobs can go to facebook or whatever it is lol. I hate facebook with a passion. Never had a facebook and probably never will.

I am one of the few OG's still posting on this thread. Chris A hardly ever even posts on here anymore, kinda wonder what hes been up to. Me, Steve, Josh R, hell i think thats about it still here from day one. Johnny and Chad D have been here a while tho. Josh D fell off the face of the earth. And wayne hasnt said anything in yrs probably

I'm chilling here for now. People come and people go but this thread has a LOT of history in it from the last couple of years. Wow, imagine going back and reading some of the middle of it or the beginning. A few of us have been here since page 1 and could likely remember any random page of this thread you pull up. Lots of memories in that amount of time, there was even a Shreveport/Bossier thread before this one that we let die for this new one. You youngsters always want the newest greatest thing......for me, I'll stick with what works
Chris, I talked to Wayne (caddobass) the other day, told him he should come over and let me buy him a cold beer. He agreed to when he is in the area.

I'm no OG, but I check this thread several times a day. It's been pretty quiet lately, but I'll chime in on both. You can't do LS research on Facebook. I've learned most of what I know from this site. And of course a little trial and error.

Quick side story.....a couple of nights ago I was almost killed/badly injured by an EGR block off plate shrapnel exploding into orbit from an intake backfire

The ZO6 spun badly and Dorothy took the win cause the Z couldn't make up the ground in time. Just goes to show what can happen on the street.
The Facebook group is just a way of the group as a whole to keep up with area happenings and talk **** just like on here except the difference is FB updates without having to refresh. Yes we could just call/text but when you have a group of roughly 110 people that gets hard to do.
This thread has lots of history and it'll never die. If anyone ever goes back and reads from the beginning you'll not only learn some things, but see some epic discussions and some heated arguements. Mainly the A4 vs M6, but there were many more. But no matter what we are all good friends.
I frequent both forums several times a day. I don't post unless I have something to say or if something needs to be said. With that being said, I hate FB! The ONLY reason I get on is for LSX Monsters. To see what's goin on with the group, the area, and local parts sales.

oh, and hilton is an OG too. cody is to busy being whooped to ever get out or even post anymore. I think he will get tired of that one day.......
