It requires high pressure air (HPA) at 3000-4500psi, not low pressure air (LPA) which is the only thing your compressor at home can do. There's no way to modify something that puts out only 150psi to start putting out 4500psi.

How many 1/4 mile passes out of a NANO bottle assisting 2 10 lb bottles with a total of 500-600 hp shot?

I think you can get a mother bottle and fill you NANO bottle like you would a nitrous bottle (minus the liquid), so I've been told by a paintball guy.

Or nitrogen Correct? I was wondering about the paintball store thing because you are not supposed to use CO2 but thats what is in paintball tanks correct?

The Co2 paintball equipment uses lower pressures than what the NANO uses. They use compressed air or nitrogen for the 3000psi up product. It depends on what paintball shop your at, whether they use compressed air or nitrogen.

Compressed air is 78% nitrogen. So either or works fine.

SCUBA tanks work well as mother bottles, and as I recall, a couple of my buddies used to rent a compressed air mother bottle for their paintball setups a few years ago.

My buddy just got one of these setups. We will be trying it out real soon and if they work, expect to get a group buy request from the West Palm Beach, FL guys.

I fill mine at a local paint ball arena. They have a 3000 and a 4500 PSI fill station.
When filling with air, the bottle gets hot and it is hard to get a full fill. (Natural side effect of compression)
I usually fill it to 4000, then let it sit fo a few minutes, and get the last 500 psi in.
BTW, when using this system, you have to keep track of your nitrous consumption very carefully. You can't judge how much nitrous you have based on your nitrous pressure gauge.
You have to count passes per bottle, or weight of bottle.

You can also judge how much is the nitrous bottle by the NANO gauge. After the initial turn on see where the NANO pressure is. After first pass check where NANO pressure air is. You can judge then how many passes you can get out it because the nitrous in the bottle will be gone when the NANO bottle reaches 1025psi left.

Also some shops can fill the NANO to exactly 4800psi, then when it cools you will see 4500psi.

just got mine bottle is at 2500psi (3k kit). Should i fill it the extra 500 or will i be fine (bottle opened up while turning into a parking lot...didnt have it strapped down). Also does it matter if you open up the nano then the nitrous bottle or should the nitrous bottle be opened then the nano? Not sure if it matters or not

Also another tip for you guys..

I noticed that during the summer months the pressure will sneak up to ~1100psi. I know there has been times when I have been sitting in the staging lanes for over an hour and the bottle heats up. I get a wet/damp towel and throw it over the NANO system to keep it cool.

Does this statement hold true for the 3000psi systems too?

for those wondering about the spare tire area. It will fit but the plastic piece will not fit unless you like a buldge

Can you use a Nano 15# kit to push a smaller 10lb n2o bottle or does it strictly have to be used with a 15lb n2o bottle? It my understanding it should work just fine except you'd essentially be wasting the extra air in the nano bottle

I have it like this.. This is an older picture and its more straight up now. I had to make my own bracket. I have no problems with the cover.

^^^^^^^ Waterbug,

I don't think Ruckus can pull that off with his NANO bottle. He has the larger one and space is real tight with it.
