Default How to repair braided nitrous line??

Have a buddy with a Zex kit and went to spray it for the first time and when he opened the valve we heard POP! from under the dash! The line was "cut" I guess from running the nitrous line thru the firewall where the PCM harness runs thru..

ANYWAYS, how do you repair it?

Thanks
Kris

You might be able to get a local hydraulic shop to fix it but personally, I'd just buy a new main line for about 20-30 bucks.

local hydraulic shop should be able to repiar the line for you mid stream. it will be under the dash, so you wont see it.
prolly cheaper than a new line.
#4 brass fittings dont cost too much.

You can cut the line where the issue is and put end fittings on both sides and run a union or just buy a full length feed line to replace. We carry the black -4 hose as well.

Any questions just ask. Thanks.

They're crimp on fittings. You need a hydraulic press and die to crimp the fittings. If you would like to ship the hose to us we can crimp on new ends and union for a nominal fee. I would however need you to mark where the hose is defective so that we cut it out.
