Dave, the car looks great...but I've got a question about the coolant cross-over.

It looks awesome, and I like the way you plumbed it. My questions are, what special fittings were required for the cylinder heads? Arent they just pipe thread 90*? Also, what did you use for line for the crossover? 3/16 or 1/4?

Thanks! Looks great, cant wait to see some numbers.

I got the coolant blocks that bolt into the head from Kurt Urban. They have a 1/8 NPT thread to screw a NPT to AN fitting into. On my buddies car he took the stock coolant fittings and machined them to work. Kurt Urban actually offers a universal kit with a square distribution block, an fittings and braided hoses. I just wanted something tucked out of the way.

For the distribution block our standard 1 in 4 out distribution block would not work because the fittings were to close together to be able to put 90 degree fittings in it. So a buddy of mine machined me 3 blocks out of round stock. 1 for his car, 1 for mine, and one for another buddy.

The rest of the build is made from off the shelf fittings and 1/4 stainless hardline.
