Sorry for the crappy cell phone vid!
Some of you may remember some of my other threads/posts about how I cant hook up on a drag radial and how I was about to just get a slick on the car. Well after a few test-n-tunes, suspension adjustments, phone calls to Jason & Eric at Midwest Chassis, and Jason & Martin at RPM I busted out a new best time yesterday. The car went 1.46 60', 6.70@101mph, 10.59@126. The car is cam only, 3600 9.5" stall, 150 shot plate kit from nitro daves with a progressive controller. Rear end is a Fab9 with adj lca's, adj tq arm, adj phb, and sfc's all from Midwest Chassis & Performance. I also have DA strange coil overs up front w/a 300# spring, and 3 way adjustable comp engineering shocks with stock springs out back. Nitrous and Tuning was set up and done by RPM. It is full weight with the exception of the back seats, front sway bar, and some big & littles. All done on nearly bald 275/60/15 M/T drag radials. I have a MWC drag bar in my garage I still need to throw on the car, it should help the 60' a little more and be more consistent. I know this is not fast to many people, but it sure felt good to me! lol I have had one hell of a headache trying to get the suspension and nitrous all dialed in and it all finally came together, I'm pretty stoked! I also backed it up with another 10.59@126mph pass that same day!

Thanks guys! It deff does feel good when it all starts working right. I think what made it the hardest was the fact that I didnt know if my suspension was set up wrong, if it was bad track prep, or it I was bringing my nitrous in to fast. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Midwest Chassis regarding the suspension and made adjustments to the lca's and a lot of adjustments to the front and rear shocks till we found out what worked best. Then I was on the phone with Martin from RPM and he gave me some help and suggestions with my progressive settings. I think thats what a lot of it was, just bringing in the nitrous way to fast.

Thanks man! What do you run there most of the time. I have seen a truck like yours there, but it had an LS7 in it...same truck maybe?

Yeah I'm not near fast enough to run the real street 275 class and I'm not consistant enough for the bracket class.
67SS509: that is a bad *** truck, took me surprise! I wanted to see you line up with Jeffs Porsche.
