Default 100 HP shot questions for a LS7

I was told by several performance companies, That if I only spray 100HP. I could safely run pump gas and a stock tune on my LS7. Has anyone here done that? And what do you think?

On the correct plugs you can. I just want to pull the plugs after a pass and verify.

I am running stock plugs. If they won't work. What heat range & brand do I need? And do you have a part #?

Thank You. Are the stock ones just to hot? And can I run these plugs all the time? Because 99% of the time, I will just be driving the car on motor.

Too hot and projected tip. You can drive on them at all times.

Picked up the new plugs last night. Now can I run pump gas, or will I need to mix the fuel?
