Tr6 plugs will do

32# injectors, possibly 36 depends on how much you plan on doing in the future
Race fuel would allow an extra cushion if you are going to spray that night but not needed by any means, get a good tune!!

So far i have seen 325 rwhp be very effective. Personally 300 for me so far...
DO NOT go out and try this, it takes alot of research, time, hard work and money. It can be done tho if you have the patience....

Like already said I would definitely get a tune. If your plugs, fuel pump, tune, and injectors are where they should be a 150 shot is no problem. I would however suggest that you swap the NGK TR6 plugs to a NGK BR7EF. Do some research in the stickies and learn as much as you can before you actually spray your car. If all you do is buy a kit and spray away it won't last very long.

That's what I was about to post.
Even with a bone stock motor, I wouldn't run a tr6 on any decent sized shot.
With ported heads and a cam, I'd look into a non-projected tip 7, maybe even an 8 depending on how much you spray.
We've sprayed 225 at a stock longblock LS1 with a carburetor. With heads and cam, the most we've sprayed has been 175. Never had a problem besides stretching stock head bolts and lifting a head once.
