You may be able to use it depending on what you shift at.

If the stall actually stalls 4000 it is alittle loose for nitrous. That being said a 100 to 150 may not be an issue. You will just have to put it on and see. If its to loose send it to yank and have it restalled.

I'm shootin 150 from the hit 100% w/ a 3.90 gear, using a 4000 vig converter.

Leaving about 2200rpms, footbrake, gets me 1.41 60's with my C5 on a QTP hoosier pullin the skinnies 4" & works great!

I will be the first though and say it seems tight for a 4000, it used to be a 3600 so i shipped it back & they changed it to 4000.

Only problem i've got is its super close to 7000rpms through the 1/4 traps! (I wish it was a 3.73 now lol)

what did you have to do to get those big meats on there? 129/3.90s/7000, i wonder if your blowing through the convertor a bit.

Nothin, bolted right up once i found the right offset rims. The only time they rub is when the tire grows with lots of mph, but they rubbed through the front of the plastic inner wheel well . No biggie though.
but yes they are very close all the way around, inside, outside etc.

I think you'll be fine as long as you don't go over 150. I bet it'll start blowing through the converter if you do.

I think it will work, biggest problem will be trying to get it to hook. Ive spray 175 on a yank pt4400 but it definatly is turning some extra rpms up top.

Spraying over a 150 on a ss4000 here, shifting at around 6800 rpms. Went from a 26" tire/3.23, to a 28"/3.73, popped the rear end, back to a 3.23 until I get 9".

It might be a bit loose for the bottle, but I wanna run good on motor also.

What did your car run with that setup before it broke? Good to know someone has done it. I am going to try 175-200 on a cam only setup with a ss4000.

Bottom 10s @ 130+ two years ago, but my setup has changed a tad since then. Never got a chance to run a full pass with the 28" tires.
