This is exactly what I do too. I usually hit 5 grand by the time I reach the finish line.

He was talking more about doing it at WOT at like 130. Your car should not hit 4th in the 1/4 mile...

It's never hit 4th in the 1/4 because I leave it in 3rd.
So if I have my window switch setup from about 3000 - 5500 rpm, will the nitrous stop before it shifts each time? So once I hit 5500 in first, will it shut off, shift to second, and then turn back on at 3000 in second?

You need to use the search button and for what you can't find start and thread and ask questions there....
