Re: Puddle the intake?? I didn't know that puddling would be directly affected by the shot size. I suppose it makes sense. I do know that at what RPM you spray WILL affect it. Make sure to have that window switch set at 3K (I think), otherwise you will have a problem!
Re: Puddle the intake?? Puddling is mostly found when there is not enough velocity in the intake.Like too low of an RPM or the noid sticking between shifts.
You can run a 500hp shot if you have enough RPM to carry the fuel in the air.

Re: Puddle the intake?? yeah, the rpm is mostly related to the problem like the above people said. the 3000 is the lowest i'd spray at. plus with our motors, i don't think kwe have enough rpm to carry a 500 shot though. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> would be cool as hell. i think the most i'd run through the intake as a wet shot would be 200hp. but that's just me. many have done that setting, and it works. any larger and it will become a problem, again in my opinion.

Re: Puddle the intake?? i'd get both, and i think the WOT switch comes with the TNT kit. i have mine set for 3000 on and 6200 off with a 6300 shift point. i did not want to spray through the shifts on my A4 trans. anyways, normal shots like 75, 100, or 150 shouldn't have any trouble with puddling if you use the window switch. good luck.

I agree with Chris, I'd be leary of going beyond a 200 wet shot w/o going to a direct port setup. The manifolds in these cars - obviously - were never designed to carry a 'wet' charge, so fuel drop out is certainly a posibility, no matter the intake velocity.
