With the limiters on the front you might not need to move the LCA's because you have just enough squat by limiting the front on that bigger shot.
I personally like to let the shock do it's job until it can't anymore.

Some like to use the limiters some don't. I like allowing the shock to control the front end's rate of rise instead of putting a limiter on it and forcing the shock to top out before it would without the limiter on.

When you've got a set of shocks as good as I do on the front with so much rebound left in them putting limiters on them is really a waste. Again this is my opinion, and everyone seems to have one regarding the use of limiters.

I'm also actually trying to gain more separation, squat is bad

That will only work with lower hp cars IMO. All of our higher hp cars would tear off the bumper without limiters. We run double adj afco's on all our cars with limiters. If your pulling the front tires your leaving some et on the table.

I plan to keep the limiters on my junk with the Santhuffs... and Santhuffs only have 3" of travel.

Ive already go 1 moroso pan on the shelf of shame(aka busted parts collection).... dont got room for another.

I have seen some very fast cars do without limiters, but I am putting them on for when I can't control it with the shocks extension anymore. FWIW I still have nearly 20 clicks to go on front extension before they are topped out.

Ask Mr. Ron Rhodes how he does it without limiters!

I know this is off topic but I was getting some lunch and a couple of local old racers were there and they usually hang out at a guy's house down the street from mine that does chassis work.

Well one of them starts bragging to the other that his car went 5.80's in the 1/8 this weekend. I think about what your stock bottom end LS1 is doing Cam and I start to shake my head at the guys. His car is a gutted tin can with no interior, back half car, with a 600+ cu in high compression BBC on spray at that!

I would love to line your car up against his *** and then pop the hood to **** him off. Why are most of these old guys stuck in the stone ages?

haha, he needs to burn that thing then. I mean Cam's car is bad ***, so is Whtltone's, but no 600 inch BBC with spray in a backhalf car should only be going 5.80s... I have a customer with an N/A 540 with conventional heads, stock suspension, 3000lbs, and it goes 5.80's.

That being said, LS1's are bad ***....

that 1/8 MPH is killer. With that 1/8 mile, I would expect close to 9.15?
You at Sac Raceway today?
