Testing my TNT kit?

Testing my TNT kit?
I've got my TNT installed with a window switch and I can't seem to get it to fire. How can I test it with the switch wired in to the kit? I wired everything according to the wiring schematics that came with the kit. Gees!!!!

Are you reving your car past the setting you have your rpm switch set at and then hittinig the spray. If you just take the yellow wire and ground it. It will bypass your window switch pills and the TNT will come on as soon as you hit the switch.

Do you actually want to test it with the window switch active, or take it out of the equation to see if the problem is elsewhere?
If you want to take the window switch out of the picture, unplug it from terminal 85 and run a wire from that terminal to a ground. Then I would recommend closing the bottle, unhooking the fuel line from the fuel rail (put the schrader valve back in), and then with the key in the on position turn the activation switch in the cabin on and press the WOT switch under the hood and see if the solenoids open.
Also, did you cut the two loops on the window switch? Good luck.

I the kit is used from a friends car(LS1) so the switch is good to go for an LS1. I did take out the schradar valve yet or hook up the bottle until I've tested it.
00SS4780....I'll try the yellow wire and see if it works.
Thanks guys
BTW GTP... I like that avatar Val Kilmar was bad *** in Tombstone. Thats got to be one of the best bitchslap movies I've ever seen. My wife and I both love it.

Ok here what I did...I disconnected to the yellow wire and ground in and hit the WOT switch ....nothing. So I disconnected the ground from the WOT switch and ground it to the motor and the silenoids fired. I reconnected the grd wire and moved the power wire to the unused termial on the switch hit it again and nothing. I it has to be a ground problem but I don't know where.

Guys I got it figued out on how to test it without turning on the motor or disconnecting the RPM switch. Alright there are two wires going to the WOT switch one from the relay(green wire) one from the RPM switch(yellow wire on MSD switch). I pulled the yellow wire from the WOT switch and took a small jumper cable andput in it's place. Then clamped the other end to the water pump, triggered the WOT switch and it fired. I couldn't do a real test on it yet I have to lower shift points so I won't hit the rev limiter. I did try to hit it in OD going about 80MPH but my bottle heater wire wasn't connected and the bottle was at about 700 psi and the valve was about half way open. I didn't get the kick in the *** I was expecting from the kit but I did notice a little bump in power but just a little bump. I still have more testing before I ready to do any racing.
Thanks for the help.

Do you mean 1000 psi? Btw did you have to adjust your rev limiter for your kit?

Well I have a stall so I think it might be a little different for me. I think I might hit the revlimiter on the hose so I was wondering how low should should I set my shift points to?

Which kit did you get? I had to totally rewire my kit from a schematic I got from chadtn because my TNT kit didn't come with install instructions. It wasn't that hard just takes a little time to run the wiring. I bet both of us could get your kit up and running in about 3-5 hrs. It took me much much longer to do mine because that was my first kit and I had to figue out what was what in the kit. I bought mine used and I also had to go buy some more parts to complete it. Let me know man you got my cell number. It will give me chance to check out the bike. I did see when it was finished.
