the website says they will flow a 400 shot, but what do you guys usually recommend? I think anything over 250 you would want to go direct port? 400 seems a little to much to disburse directly into an intake like that.

I'll post pics later guys, I bought one and put it on the TA over the weekend. Need to clean up the wiring I did, but the kit goes on great. Very Pleased. Only issue I had was the bellow wouldn't go back on with the plate on. I trimmed it to fit and all is well. Gonna test it out at the track this weekend.

Open flowed that plate can fit 400 worth of nitrous. We have had customers hit 350 on their cars. We usually start to recommend doing a direct port at 200-250 just make sure that the motor is injecting the night nitrous/fuel mixture into every cylinder. Hitting large shots on the plate can be done but with a pretty good amount of tuning.

2 stage dry thru their plate...baby 200 shot as the car has close to 100,000 miles on her and has to live a while longer...
