Default Question about Timing Retard Box connected to Progressive Switch

my current set up

Nitrous Outlet Solenoids (NO LSx plate kit)

Nitrous Outet progressive switch,

Lingenfelter LNC-2000 to pull timing

i currently have LNC-2000 wired so that it will only pull timing, once the Solenoids turns on to spray.

all 3 LNC-2000, NO Fuel and NO nitrous solenoids is connected to the the progressive switch,

my question is, since im using the progressive switch to activate the solenoid at to 30% then to 80% then to 100% or something like that, will it effect the timing being pulled from the LNC-2000 since its wired to the progressive switch also?

thanks in advance

thanks for the reply bro

yup, a 3 wire replay that came with the Nitrous outlet progressive controller,

basicly FUEL/N20 and LNC all 3 wires connected to a single relay then to progressive controller,

my system works right now, but im wondering if theres any negative effect on it on the LNC-2000

Lingenfelter ?

Nitrous outlet ?

anyone else

Im fixing to do the same thing so I just called Lingenfelter. They told me it would not be an issue as the wire that triggers the timing retard is just a signal and doesn't carry 12V

GONNA call nos too

I called NOS and they said on their controller there was a signal out for stuff like that. Your's may be different. I would call Nitrous Outlet and talk to Neal, very helpful fellow

It will burn the LNC up having it hooked that way. I would have it wired to pull timing upon activation of the system on the arming switch. Sorry i didnt see this post until now. If you have some questions feel free to message or call

The pulse that comes out of the progressive controller is not a good thing for the lnc. It needs to see a constant trigger not a pulse that a controller puts out.

Though I would likely NOT hook one up that way, that is exactly how they say to use it in the instructs. "trigger wire from controller" for the timing retard or even the ground wire can be used.

Have you tried this method and it failed?

the Nitrous Outlet progressive controller i believe is different from the NOS progressive controller

i thought nitrous solenoids needs constant power for it to work right?

this method worked well for me,

but i am now having problems ( possibly not related to this wiring method ) and could be something completely different,

i will post another thread soon, along with dyno graphs, data plots and stuff,
