Default Nitrous Express kits, pictures, and testing

I have gradually been putting together my Nitrous Express Direct Port kit for my car and as of today it is almost complete <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Here are a few pictures I took today
<img src="http://66.162.74.118/temp/sean/NXDP1.JPG" alt=" - " />
<img src="http://66.162.74.118/temp/sean/NXDP2.JPG" alt=" - " />

I currently have the NX MAF plate setup on my car but it is time to step up to bigger and better things now <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> below is a link to some pictures of my MAF kit
NX MAF Plate setup

Right now I am working on getting a new clutch for my car and once I have the new clutch in I will be dynoing the car with 3 different NX kits.

I will be testing the following:

NX nozzle
NX MAF Plate
NX Direct Port

My plan is to test all the kits on the same car and day with no other changes so that I can gather horsepower and torque numbers from each kit and have an accurate representaion of how each kit will affect the car. I will also be ATAPing the car and documenting how each kit affected the cars o2's and other pertinant information.

I figure my doing this might be able to help others make decisions on which kit might be best suited for their application and budget.

I will not have everything ready for testing for a few weeks so if this idea seems like a waste of time please let me know before I go through the trouble of setting up 3 nitrous kits on my car lol.

I Will however be bringing the car to Houston when/if the kits are on to talk some serious $hit <img border="0" alt="[pimp]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_pimp.gif" />

Some questions:

Where does the fuel rail come into play there? Is it a pretty tight fitment?

Did you tap the Manifold? Elaborate on that too if you dont mind.

How Hard is it to change the Jets? 2 jets? 8 jets? or 2 per nozzle?

Some things that I like about the setup-
Unlike some others out there, the rails are very close to the nozzle, less distance for it to travel

Clean setup, not as many lines as others. Very well done. Im waiting for the results <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

Changing jets can be tricky because there are two for every nozzle <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

I know that you have to tap the manifold! I was wondering if you could share any tips that you had for it! Its thin, and did you run into any problems? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />
