I would recommend a br7ef for a 200 Hp shot and it will still be a plug that you can daily drive without any problems. Also I would gap them to around .32-.35.

If your motor made 530 rwhp and you are adding a 200 rwhp shot we are talking about over 700 rwhp on a ls1. I would run at least a #8, MINIMUM!

Honestly, for my liking it would have a #9 in it. There is more than one way to skin a cat but i prefer the safest way. You can't daily drive on 8s or 9s however without tune adjustment.

So I could run the 8s if my tuner can get the tune right or should I just crab the 7s an just change the plugs when I get to the track.

If you don't mind swapping the plugs just run the 8s when you get to the track. Even at 500 plus rwhp NA I would be on nothing hotter than a 6 NA.

if it was a stock motor on a 200 you should be running a 7 or 8. on your motor with a 200 shot you should prolly look into a 9, although a br8ef would prolly be a great middle ground imo.

I believe my compression should be a 10:5:1 but not sure I've got to figure it out I've got .51 gaskets on none shaved patriot heads.

Have you been running a smaller shot already? What plug did you have the best luck with then? If you just put nitrous on start smaller and work your way up. I would suggest a 7 up to 175 shot and a 8 when you get to a 200. Also keep the timing low and work your way up. What fuel are you running?
