Honestly man several thoughts are running through my mind right now. Weight loss, radials, more jet etc.... I think with the 9.31 tune-up in better weather and better traction it would have gone 9.25 or better. Then i think if i weighed 100lbs less, a degree more timing etc she might have went a 9.10 or so. Who knows right? Not sure man, I'm just blabbing......

Not to take any light away from your accomplishments for sure but there has to be a TON left in your combo since this et is still just a tenth ahead of the SBE LT1 record.

As far as the lt1 guy goes, congrats! Very impressive setup and times, however we are not comparing apples to apples. My motor has never had a wrench on the motor mounts, his has been rebuilt. He also is 250 lbs lighter than me on race day (based off his post). I understand he used OEM bearings and parts etc but it has been broke into where mine has not. Not trying to take anything away from his accomplishment either. I hope to turn that 146 into 148 and a 8.99 this fall.

Trader! lol.. Congrats on the new setup, I haven't completely ruled out boost in my future as well.
Not quite, FI guys still has the fastest stock bottom end. I just have the fastest stock bottom end on nitrous. But we both are very very close......

I do like boost and the linear power curve, just can't afford it
