Suggestions Please!!!
Alright I think I am finally ready to buy some spray during winter. I know all teh basic stuff about the parts and the difference of dry and wet etc but I dont know what would be best in my situation. I only have induction stuff(in my sig) done to my car and I'm not planning on anything new after this anytime soon. I haev a 1998 M6 btw. I want to use anywhere from 100 to 125 shot. Safety of my engine is a big priority, I cannot afford blowing something up. This would probably be used on the street as well as strip. So based on what you guys have used and installed what kit / parts would I want to go with? And Dry or wet? And would getting TR6's over my factory plugs give me that much NA power loss?
Thanks for the help!

Ben, I recently installed an NX system, wet, on my car, easy to install, upgrade and all that. I've run the 75 shot and the car REEEEALY likes it, hell, N2O is like crack for a car. Once you start spraying, you'll want to continue. Anyway, I didn't see and suspension mods in sig, like SFC and LCA's. A good upgrade, I got to see a friends Z that was racing, even NA, w/out SFC and it actually seperated the body seam at the rocker panel. Not good. I am going to spray the 100 shot tomorrow. As for 150, some cars don't have a problem but some run out of fuel trying to feed it so it ends only making a few more horses instead of 50. Also, in a situation like that, my buddy ran slower (by a #$#$ hair) than on the 100 shot. I ran 75 shot with stock, plugs. Changed to TR6's this week, no SOTP difference, but will go NA at the 1320 to see if there is any there, then hit the 100 ponies express button and see the time drop. Post up results tomorrow on plugs and 100 shot.

Are you going to test it once with TR6's NA? That would be great, thanks for the suggestion, what did you get with the kit?
Anyone else have suggestions?

Ben, yeah, for my curiousity and all others, I am going to make several runs NA, to have a better comparison to stock plugs. Then, the 100shot. Testing begins in 2 hours, 10 minutes.
With the kit, 10# bottle, brackets, D4 connector & feed line, fuel and N2O solenoids w/ mounting brackets, the line from fuel rail to solenoid and then both solenoids to nozzle, jets from 35 hp to 150 hp, relay, WOT switch, arming switch, all the extra nuts, bolts and misc. sh*t one could ever want + you get two, yes two NX systems stickers (these things sell good to little hondas and nissans hehehehe). the instructions were good enough to safely install, although there are a couple little hazy spots, all in all real nice kit. I will be adding blowdown tube this weekend, purge valve and electric guage in a couple weeks. Will post results here for you and whomever else. Later, Charlie.

nx 100 shot. tr6 plugs. that and with some tires, you will make mad mph. i went 121 on bfg dr's back when i first started with the juice. the stock cluthc wont take too much of that. just ease off the line then go, you will love it!
on the street from a roll, you will kill 99 percent of the cars out there.

Im hoping I will!! What safety items do I need? Or are all of them necessary? I was planning on getting most everything, blow down, bottle heater, FPSS, purge, and window. Can any of these be left out or any of this kit be bought at a discount? Money IS of a concern.
Ben, ran NA for a good TR6 comparo, although I was spinning more than usual, track prep SUCKED, if i anything in the quarter is was maybe a tenth and 1 mph. These are all on street tires too, so take it for what it is worth. next weekend Nitto DR will be on. Hope this helps, Good-Luck.

Ben, ran again tonight and didn't loose squat for time or mph with TR6 plugs NA. Did get a new best on N2O (Car Crack) it's in the sig. If you look in sponsors, forget which one, but they sell NX systems, you can get a kit with all that sh*t in there. I got the basic kit, still need to get a blowdown tube and purge, heater and all that. With and A4, no need for a window switch, the WOT is good enough. If you like a clean factory look, you can pop out the camaro dash emblem and replace it with foglamp switch for activation and an ASR switch for purge, add in a switch panel next to the lighter for the heater and bottle opener. That sh*t looks sick, people don't even realize what the f*ck the switches are for cause half the time it don't even catch their eyes. But, after launch and 3000rpms, press button car goes YIPEEEEEEE real fast.... Hey man, wish you the best, glad to see you taking the intrest to get it right. Good-Luck.

cat3 you are out of control man.take it easy on the juice man.my only suggestion for bensz28 since he has a m6 is better start looking for an aftermarket clutch if your spraying 100shot and over.its only a matter of time and then bye bye toast stock clutch like what happen to me on a 100shot.have the mcleod single disk on hand waiting to install.not spraying until the clutch install.
Ben, for real, putting down any decent power you NEED a good clutch. Rex fried his trying a 100shot friday night, and that was NOT spraying off the line. He limped it home, but what a nasty thing. And I'm not out of control, it's just my car, she's addicted to it man and I must support her habit-she hasn't let me down yet

Nice times! By the way, has anyone heard of a n2o backfire on an LS1 with around a 100 wet shot? I hear about them on stangs all the time and havent heard about them on our cars, Im still quite paranoid about the safety.
