Ok, heres what i'm looking for. Streetability is not a concern, i'm looking for the most power. Heads are stock. I will most likely be getting it tuned after. Must have adequate piston to valve clearance with stock pistons.
I will be shooting for 150-200 shot.
I've been looking at 2 differant cams
my first choice is the ASA hotcam
specs are 226?-236 .525 .525 110LSA not sure on the intake dur. i've heard 223 and 226. another benifit of this cam is i can keep the 02 ls6 springs thats in the car now.
my second choice is furtal's F7 cam
specs are 224-230 .587 .593 114LSA i think this cam will make more power but i'm going to have to buy new springs, pushrods.
I'm not set on these 2 cams if anyone can recommend something differant that they think would work better. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

You definately have your thoughts in the right place for a killer N20 cam...I would personally go with a nice big split, decent amount of lift, and 112 LSA. Something like a custom comp grind on XE-r ramp rates, such as the following:
228/234 .570/.570 112?
230-236 .590/.590 112?
Either of those cams would STROLL on motor, and love the juice. On an XE-r, both would be pretty well mannered around town also. Good luck!

I am seriously considering getting either the F7 or F6 cam instead of the piglet for my car. Both the F6 and F7 are PERFECT for nitrous use and would still make bad *** power on motor

looks like i'm going to go with the F6 or F7 i'm more leaning towards the F6. I talked to Allen at futal and he says the F7 would be pretty tight.

Alright vince you talked me into it. The REV dual springs should handle this no problem right?
The P to V clearance sould be ok with unmilled stock valved heads right? just need a little reassurance thats all.
One more thing 112LSA or 114LSA? <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> TIA
