Default Good Nitrous Setup???

Alright so I have done some re-search and have figured out the list of parts to buy for my nitrous setup and was wondering if I missed any parts needed for a remotely safe setup.

The car is a 98 Ls1 trans am with 4l60E... Only mods are a slp lid and cat back and want to run a 100 wet shot.

LIST:
NX FPSS adjustable 25-60 psi $75
NX WOT switch & relay with harness $40
OPSS ???
LNC 2000 2 step timing controller $300
10LB or 15LB bottle $100-$125
NX solenoids and lines $200-$300
Dyno tune plate $150
NX bottle heater $80
Zex remote bottle opener $150
Colder nitrous plugs $60

For a total of $1200-ish altogether

Anyone recommend anything different or any parts that could be cheaper?

EDIT: I also might end up switching all the NX brand parts listed to Nitrous outlet just because ive always heard good things about them... lol may sound lame... But all well.

Honestly if I could get a cheaper timing controller, cheaper plate or another way to spray it that's cheaper like a nozzle (I think) then it would be closer to my budget. Which is $1000

Thanks. Also was wondering what this guy means if someone can maybe explain this... I basically understood that cyl 7 and 8 run leaner but why and how do you prevent this rom causing ringland failure like what he had happen?

"My personal experience -- I wanted a "dummy proof" N2O setup. Bought the right parts, had it professionally installed and tuned and had plenty of safety features built in along the way. That being said, my car is in the shop for a rebuild right now because of failure of the ringland in #7 on a 150 shot. Amazingly enough, after doing more research, there's an issue in modified '01 and '02 models with heat and lack of fuel in #7 (and #8). Specifically adding more fuel to #7 and a water vapor kit might have helped prevent the problem but not once did I even consider this could be an issue when I put my N2O setup together. Lesson learned -- do your homework and don't cut corners."

Honestly, with $1000 you could acquire a used direct port setup. You should be able to track down everything you mention up there used for around $700 off craigslist or on here. There is a kit locally with everything you mention there besides the LNC 2000 and remote bottle opener, and it includes a purge kit, for $350. I think piecing together a kit is going to cost a lot more in the end. Wait till someone dumps a whole setup.

Yea after thinking about it that's the way im gonna go... Except the solenoids will be new and i'll buy a new factory fuel pump also eventually.

Thanks for the help guys and i'll be buying the bottle first as it adds a bad *** factor when people see it haha.

A heater and a window switch are the 2 most important accessories in my book as far as safety goes...looks like you've got a list of most of what you need right there, PM me if you have any questions!

A single nozzle setup is going to cost less than a plate system if you are looking to stick to your budget. Our single nozzle systems will do 250HP all day, check this out.

This includes everything you need to wire it, including the relay. It is a complete system besides any accessories. If you give me a call, we can definitely get you setup within your budget.
