This sounds like a nice set up, Can't wait for the pics......

I voted for the spare tire well.
If you get pulled over for speeding, you would probably more likely get a ticket, if the bottle is in his face.

only problem is, there are so many raceheads here in houston, its only a matter of time before someone would steal a setup like that. if i was the only car enthusiast in the area, thats where i would put them.

I have an F-Body and mounted my 10 lb. bottle in rear hatch area behind the rear seat using the two bolts already in place for the tie down points, you know the two triangle shaped clasps. I did this to prevent from having to drill holes in my car. i fabbed the bracket out of 1/4" X 1" flat stock and actually raised the bottle up off the trunk surface so it's at an angle kinda up in your face. it was easliy seen through the rear glass..till i painted the bottle and brackets black...now it's kinda in your face stealth style...

I use a 15 pound bottle with a remote opener and a bottle warmer. The custom made bottle blanket is heavily insulated. My hatch glass has limo tint on it so you cant see through it to see the bottle setup. Paking the car in 100+ degree Texas weather has not caused any excessive bottle pressure problems. The bottle is very easy to get at to refill. I still have the deep well area to store my t-tops or anything else I need to carry.

I don't run ablow down tube on the street. At the strip I use the heavy flexible tubing and route it out the drivers side fenderwell.
