Emissions is what comes out of the tailpipe. How can you fail unless your car is spraying during the test? Hmm?

Because They Check Under The Hood, And Last Time They Asked Me If I Had Nitrous, This Was On My Supra. And Nitrous Is Illegal (i Think)

Nitrous "may" be illegal in your state for street use, BUT tell them you use it on the track only. If the bottle is closed then there should be no trouble.
If you are worried, make the install stealthy and screw'em.

I just moved to AZ two years ago, but I was under the impression that on newer cars they only hook up to your OBDII and see if you throw any codes. If you don't, they send you on your merry way, no siffer, no visual, nothing.

if you take the bottle out of the car there isn't a damn thing they can do except verbally hassle you, that is if they actually know what a kit looks like.
