Default New Tech at Nitrous Outlet..

Hey guys,
I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce you to a new employee of Nitro Dave's Nitrous Outlet..

As many of you know we strive to offer the best customer service both online and on the phone. Our company was built off of the tech and customer service we offer.

Our company has grown more and more every year thanks to YOU. This year we will be bringing new companys and new products to our line up.In order to stay caught up we are going to continue to look for the best key players I can find.

With us staying so busy here in the office handeling phone sale/tech I have been falling behind on tech PMs and emails. We normally close at 5:30. I normally grab dinner with Courtnay and end up working until 1-3 am answering tech emails and pms so that they do not get behind. I have searched high and low for someone locally that has what I look for to help me with the online side of tech.

I have not found someone locally that has the knowledge that I am looking for.So we are trying something new..

I have hired someone that is not local to feel this position. He will be helping on the forums we sponsor and with the tech emails..

I choose this person due to his deep knowledge and great personality. I have watched him help many people on this site and others just to help them. He has done a great job of staying neutral and level headed. He takes pride in what he does and takes pride in what he believes in. I am very picky in who I let represent our company and I am proud to have him working for us.

Many of you already know him. His Name is Al, Screen name is 383LQ4SS. He will be one of our outside sales/tech reps. Please feel free to ask Al for any help you may need.It will take time for Al to become familiar with all the products we offer but he already has a good jump on it. Al, will be able to help you problem solve or simply help you decide what system may work best for you. Please let us know if Al has helped you and how he did. Feed back is what is going to let us know how this is working out.
There is no dought in my mind it will work out great.

WE are also going to be looking for another inhouse sales and tech representive. If you are in our area and have a great deal of knowledge in this industry please feel free to contact me. We are not advertising with any agencies due to not wanting the headache.

Thanks you guys for your support

For the guys that are patiently waiting on a pm back from me. Bare with me I will be caught up be the end of the week.

Thanks you
Dave

Well...thank you very kindly Dave. Its my pleasure to help you out....along with continueing to help out this forum in anyway possible.

I have a new email that I can be reached through for tech question concerning sales. That will be Al@Nitrodaves.com. I will be putting that in my sig so feel free to contact me there for pricing and product info. General forum questions please continue to post as normal in the forums or PM me. I plan to spend a lil more time in the forum each day to help out Dave a lil more.

Now this small change means a few things. It means you can contact me for pricing and tech support for any product Nitro Dave sells. It means I will be more available in that capacity.
What I want people to understand is that it does NOT mean I will be compromising my position here as the nitrous moderator for the benifit of Nitrous Outlet or anyone else for that matter. My first duty is to LS1Tech and the members of LS1tech and to be a fair moderator. Second priority now is to aid customers of Nitrous Outlet with direct support for thier nitrous needs and questions.

So please feel free to utilize my services and I will do my best for you guys.

Thanks again Dave

Cool Dave. Last week when tech was closed at FJO and I was getting my 408 tuned that we have been talking about 383LQ4SS helped me out a lot and he was working his night shift. He gave me some good responses at midnight so I was able to get my system setup the next morning and get my car on the dyno. Thanks again 383LQ4SS. I haven't posted the graph up yet on the progressive controller, but on my 150shot running c-16 in the standalone tank my car put down 700.83hp and 682tq. Thanks to both of you guys. Dave I appreciate you going out of your way to get that fuel pressure spring to me for the regulator. Without the help of you two guys I wouldn't have been able to dyno last week. Thanks again....

Al is a great addition to any nitrous team, glad to see him with Nitrous Outlet.

Mr.35th - Get that dyno graph posted up! I'm sure Ricky and myself aren't the only ones that are interested in seeing it. Is your car a daily driver or a limited street / mostly strip type of car? Good numbers, which progressive controller are you using and how did you like it?

Sorry Dave for the semi-hijacking, lol. Back on topic.

That works out great for me. I bought my kit from Dave, and Al is going to help install it.
Al has helped me with a good bit of info since I started looking into getting a kit.
Good to hear he is part of your team Dave.

Al, the kit is ordered, and once it arrives i will have my pops call RX and get things in motion.

Thanks guys.

Congrats on the #s MR 35th. Sounds great. I would love to see a graph too. By the sound of your TQ vs HP you are right where you want to be with ALOT of room to spare. Post up that graph!

Congrats Dave. You couldn't have picked a smarter nitrous guy, and also one of the most level headed around. I think this will work out for the best for everyone concerned. I know Al has helped me with choices as far back as a few years ago on another site, and this site also.

I will get the graph posted in dyno section as soon as I have it scanned. The car is mostly a weekend car with some track time. I have 2 2002 camaro ss's so the 408 is limited use and the other ss is bone stock for my daily driving. The graph is amazing though seeing the $206 FJO controller doing its job. the HP is a flat line from 5500 to 6500 hanging out at around 700hp.
