Tr6 is border line for a true 200 hit, imo, I would go even one step colder.
Likely, you just need to tune it, meaning get your parameters set and jet it for the increase you would like.
What tire are you running? I don't think your mph is way off for a 1.52 60'er? I have a 1.53 @ 100.62 with 480rwhp, but that was a great launch for my power and a 6-speed. Get your 60 down and watch the mph go up.

On the timing, the most timing with no kr is not allways the best power. Best way to set timing is for max hp on the dyno. Not like most do, bump it up until kr then down a couple degrees.
On the tire I was just wondering. I just switched to a MT 10.5 from a 315 dr.

I agree TR6 is nearing its safe design limit with larger shots. Colder plugs might, tweak the tune a bit on the timing side, and play with the fuel jets you should be there. 160 on 200 without swapping around jets is realistic. Your cam specs may not be the most efficient for nitrous either, which is probably a lot of the ghost your chasing. Just cus its split dont mean ****. Your cam is split but its closer split than "nitrous cams" recommended 12* of separation.
