How many switches needed?
Im running a wet kit on my car, and im curious as to how many switches ill need. I kno atleast two. One to arm the noids and one to purge. My question is, will I need a switch to arm the purge solenoid or will that arm with the fuel and nitrous solenoids? One more quick question, i have a standard NOS brand purge kit, the hard line is only about 6-7 inches long, what should I get to replace it so i can purge throught my hood? Thanks
For switches usually all you need is:
ARM, Heater, and a Purge
a Fourth switch would be an opener if you wanted one.
More switches would be Line Lock, or an additional stage.
Purge is wired as its own, and not dependant on the ARMing of the system, it is usually a push button momentary switch. Heater and Arm are usually toggle or rocker switches.

I recommend a heater, as depending on the temperature outside, you will be shooting 600 PSI on a full bottle vice the recommended 950-1000 without it in the colder season.
A heater will help you get the most out of your system as well as aid in consistancy if your playing at the track.

I would use the same size that is on the Noids, (16 or 14?). You are only talking what 10' of wire? Don't skimp on the 18 Gauge to the noids. 18 is ok for from the switches to the relays.
