I just purchased a filling station as I couldn't find too many people who could fill my bottles.....a lot of the shops in the area didn't have any nitrous on hand.

i bought two motherbottles for 60 bucks a piece. it cost a hundred bucks to fill each one. i freeze customers bottles overnight and nurse feed them. sell for 4 bucks a pound and can fill about 4 ten pound bottles with each motherbottle. so i basicly get mine for free and keep my freinds bottles full so everybody is happy lol. you really dont need a pumping station to make it cost efective
