Tune Question I currently have a wet 150 setup...I had it tuned for all out nitrouse performance so we pulled timing...Is there a program like tunercat that i could have a tune for street use...via advanced timing...i have a lab top and was wondering if i could just hook it up in there and switch it when i need it...like at the track or such....all help appreciated
I have not done this yet, but EFI Live Commercial lets you use a Custom OS that enables the Valet mode in the PCM. You can use a toggle that grounds the valet mode and it will default to custom tables for Nitrous (or actual Valet) use. So you can have your NA tune, and when you wanted your nitrous tune, enable the valet mode and your nitrous tune would become enabled.
I am eventually going to work my way to that, for now I am just learning how to tune LOL.

To be honest is it really worth the HUNDRED's of dollars in software to set it up?
Ive been spraying a 150 wet shot through a standard NX Shark Nozzle for Months. I have 2 degrees of timing taken out which is MAYBE 5-7rwhp. Hardly anything you will notice...if you have a good tuner they should know that you dont need more then 2-3 degrees of timing pulled, especially for a wet kit.
