I think people just don't like the quality of ZEX, TNT and Cold Fusion. They are all very new companies, they are getting better. But I think people are like me and want to stick with the tried and true stuff, like NOS and NX.

I've known a couple of freinds who ran Zex kits and they work very well. The kits are very safe with their integrated safety features.............not to mention the compay that created the Zex kit has been around for a very long time.

The kits have no integreated safety features... it is all marketing bullshit. The only thing it has is an electronic TPS switch.

The zex set up works fine if you never intend to hit harder the 150.

I had a wet Zex. I used to get down on Zex. I still don't care for the purple color. The solenoids are small and ugly - but I never saw them anyway. I think it was harder to grow with the Zex. I love the quality of my NX and Nitrous Outlet parts now. I can build on my NX system and have several times.

BINGO.. I have evaluated their dry kits, and they lack any real safety features. NOS's original dry kit, that came out 10 years prior is about 4 times as safe as the ZEX box.

IMO they have their place. They are easy to hook up and dont require a lot of technical knowledge, which is good for people that dont want to invest alot of time or effort to get the effects of nitrous.

FWIW, ANY company that gets owned by a big MOGUL such as Comp, Holley, Etc. generally start suffering big time as far as quality and tech support are concerned. IMO the big corporate names are more focused on making money than providing good products and service.

I Own A 10 Sec C5 With The Zex Kit. I Combine The Zex 125 Shot With A 100 Shot Dry Hit With No Problems.
I've Sprayed Over 100 - 10 Lb. Bottles With My Zex.. And Love It !!
I Am Convinced That It Is A Well Built/designed System.
As Far As Upgrades With The Zex Kit... I Just Used A Second Dry Kit Along With The Wet Kit..............

I will give a little feed back on this.

We carry a larger range of brands and desighns that any other company. Zex being one of the brands we carry.

Since we are in more than just the GM Market I will give you a all around review.

In the ford market the Zex dry system is really popular.
In the Import market ZEX Dry and wet are popular.
The GM market has not taken to Zex as well.
Here are the reasons..
Some people can not get past the purple color.
The Majority of the LS1 crowd wants a system that can go up to atleast 200 hp.
The nozzle of the zex system is to short to stick through the bellow in some circumstances.

Now as far as the marketing standpoint of saying that it will keep the airfuel accurate. That is misleading in my opinion.
AS for the solenoids. They will do what they are desighned to do. They are not my favorite but they are not the worst.

I love my Zex, and so do my other four buddies running these Zex Kits, love the color, and very easy to install, also kit does not overcome your whole engine. No problems with mine. Plenty of kick. Never had a problem with customer service either. TNT is also a extremely good kit also, had a friend running one, great results and also plenty of punch.
