You and I both. let's hit the dyno this fall and go for the 600+rwhp.

A 150 shot is your safety point on what the motor is desighned to handle. As you can see there are people spraying more. Some hold up and some do not..

We have done 680 rwhp with a stock bottom. Dual stage dry/wet ~275 shot

It finally popped when the owner was trying to chase down a very fast Z06 to 200 mph in 5th gear spraying away without enough octane in the tank to cover detonation. And even then the bottom end was intact. It had burnt a valve and part of the cylinder head.

If you have a standalone fuel system to support the nitrous and a good tune I wonder how much the bottom end will handle. Every case that I have heard of were there was a problem was because of lack of fuel.

hahaha thats badass! Of course one of the nitrous rules is to NOT spray in 5th!!! But what fun is that!

I'd love too! But I need to get my clutch fixed first...........then I can install/finish my gauges and install my wideband........then I'll be able to tune the 200hp shot more accurately.

My last LS1 had a small cam 224/224 and a 125 dry shot. I ran upwards of 30, 15# bottles through it. No problems.

125 dry for now. Thinking of doing a 2 stage 100 off the line and another 75-100 after I hit 2nd gear.................... 1st stage will stay dry 2nd will be wet stand alone, or vice versa......

I'm spraying a 250 shot, cam only, makes 650rw. I'm using a carb intake with a carb plate. It makes some good power. Car makes 350rw on motor, so a 300rw gain through a PG is pretty good.

Christ, these engines are so much stronger than I thought!

I have a question though. I have an untuned bolt-on car that I would like to get tuned. I would also like to run 150 shot with Dave's plate. Should I wait untill I get the kit before tuning? I only ask because it will probably be quite a few months before going on the juice. M6 car if it matters and I will be running FPSS, window switch and bottle warmer right off the bat. Thanks

I had 170 shot dual stage (dry/wet) but only had 3 bottles through it. This was stock timing and stock fuel system. I later upgraded the fuel system and added a stand-alone for the second stage to go bigger but didn't get a chance to use it before someone hit my car. It was only in my car for a day then I had to take everything out before the claims adjuster came to look at it.
