Default Best Ci Motor For Spray?

I'm Going To Give Up My Turbo Build Up On My Camaro So I'm Thinking Of Building A Nice Spray Motor, Would Like To Run Low 9's High 8's, So What Do You All Think I Should Build?

Why give up on the turbo setup? To run those numbers your costs in the end will be pretty close whether you go turbo or nitrous.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY CAMARO TURBO CHARGED SINCE NOV. OF 2004 AND A YEAR LATER I GET SOMETHING BACK THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED SO I JUNKED THAT KIT AND TOOK MY 346 MOTOR APART AND COME TO FIND OUT THAT THERE IS WATER IN THE CYLINDERS AND THATS BECAUSE I NEVER ADDED WATER TO MY RADIATOR, SO THEN I GET A LME 370 WITH THE WORKS 245 ETP HEADS YOU NAME IT IT HAS IT, KNOW I HAVE NORIBILT DOING MY NEW TURBO KIT AND LET ME TELL YOU ALL NORIBILT DOES BAD *** WORK BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE FABRICATOR IT'S THE GUYS THAT SUPPLY THE TURBOS, I HAVE YET TO SEE MY FRICKING TURBO THAT WAS ORDERD A FEW MONTHS AGO SO THATS WHAT IS MAKING ME CHANGE MY MINED BUILDING A TURBO SET UP

for what its worth, my ls2 went 9.3's with 1 stage 250 shot. it would live like that for a long time with no issues. it was makingabout 700 rwhp.
pushing it much harder starts gettingreal hard on parts and keeping motors together for more then a few trips to the track

The bigger the better. The largest motor that fits your budget, chasis set-up, e.t. requirements is prefferable. More motor and less juice to meet your goals, costing you less in the long run.

Went with a forged 402 today. Good for 1000hp, hehehehehe. Now it'll be a m12/independant rear, so 8's very doubtfull, but 9's hell ya.

i was thinking of building a large bore short stroke, but i'm gona do a little more research before i start the build.

my 4" strock 402 worked well.
but im hoping my new setup works better, i will keep you informed
