SES light after NO2 install!?!? help
Just installed an NX wet MAF plate kit with FPSS, NX window switch, and TPS sensing switch.... I thought everything was correctly wired and double checked everything, installed NGK TR6's on only the drivers side because I didn't feel like digging through all the junk of the passenger side till later this week. The bottle is not hooked up yet and I have the jets in for running a 100 shot.... I started it and it barely stayed alive for a little while and I shut it down right after that... I figured that was from the fuel lines being drained from installing the FPSS and started it again, this time it started out fine but started idling really rough (sort of shaking the car) and the SES light was on again, after a little while of letting it run the SES light started blinking?!?! what the heck? would the NX install even have anything to do with this?
thats what I thought and I checked all the connections and they are definitely on, I'm guessing that it is just a bad spark plug from the factory or some... question though.... I tapped the green wire on the drivers side coil pack for my Tach wire (white) coming off my NX window switch, is that the right wire? Is there a difference from tapping the green wire on the drivers and passenger side? Seems everyone I have seen has tapped the passenger side and not the drivers?

You left something unplugged - coil packs likely. Or maybe temp sender. Check it over again. TR6's on one side won't make it run like that.
i was running stock plugs though so i guess one of them could have been unplugged

I have always used the tach wire from the PCM - not the coil packs. Disconnect that and see if your problem goes away. I would bet thats the problem.
when me and a buddy swapped mine to TR6s we stopped after doing 3 on the drivers side and the car ran like garbage
The tach lead off of the PCM is in the lower harness connection on the PCM - take off the gray plastic cover and find the white wire that goes into pin #10 on the PCM - that is the tach lead. Does the window switch you are using have a setting for a 4 cylinder? That is the setting you will need for the LS1 tach signal. Make sure you test it before actually spraying the car - the instructions should explain how to do that.
Did you disconnect any of the injector wiring?
When I set mine up, we took off a injector wire off to run some line/wires. We forgot to plug it back in, that got me a blinking SES light.

does it say #10 on it? or how do I know what is wire #10 or is it the only white wire ? and I didn't not know about the 4 cylinder thing... and yes it does have that setting all I have to do is cut two of the wires running off of it and it will run the 4 cylinder setting
it was the green wire I tapped for the Tach reading... for some reason it stopped transmitting a signal so I did some soldering and now it works fine. BLK02WS6 i did the wiring to the PCM and everything seems to be working and it wasn't hard at all, thanks for your help
Uh-oh! Did you have the plug down on the tranny disconnected for anything? That would at least account for the reverse lockout and speedo. Damn you sure got some wiring issues!!!

but it will be worth it in the end I guess... hopefully I will take the center console off again tomorrow and looked for unplugged stuff and just retrace my wiring steps. I don't know where the tranny plug is but I assume its in the center console? I'll give it a look

No, the plug I'm talking about is down under the car on the trans - did you have that off? There may be a fuse that covers those too - check all your fuses when something like that happens - especially if you didn't mess with any wiring in those areas.
